Please join EPA's Water Security Division in recognizing the importance of drinking water and wastewater infrastructure during Critical Infrastructure Security and Resilience Month for a webinar series on free tools you can use to respond to a water contamination emergency at your utility.
The series consists of the following topics:
Preparing Your Water Utility for an Emergency - 11/2/2017 at 12:00pm (1:00pm EST)
Responding to a Contamination Incident - 11/8/2017 at 12:00pm (1:00pm EST)
Recovering from a Contamination Incident - 11/15/2017 at 12:00pm (1:00pm EST)
Drinking water and wastewater operators in eligibile states may earn up to 3 hours of continuing education credit for attending, pending approval from state operator certification programs. Check with MDH or MPCA to make sure you are eligible.
The first webinar will take place on November 2, 2017 from 1:00-2:00pm Eastern Standard Time. Links and instructions will be sent to participants via email prior to the event. Please register for each week seperately. If you have additional questions, please contact us at WSD-Outreach@epa.gov .
