MnWARN Region Directors

Minnesota Water/Wastewater Agency Response Network (MnWARN) consists of nine voting members. Voting members consist of a director from each of the following Regions and Organizations:

S Region 1: Steve Bushman, City of Mankato

S Region 2: Dave Isaacson, City of Kettle River

S Region 3: Gerry Kluck, City of Hawley

S Region 4: Pat Shea, City of St. Cloud

S Region 5:  Al Lamm, City of New Ulm

S Region 6: Marty Glynn, Shakopee Public Utilities

S Lyle Stai, American Water Works Association (AWWA)

S Ruth Hubbard, Minnesota Rural Water Association (MRWA)

S Pete Moulton, Minnesota Wastewater Operator’s Association (MWOA)
